I have used it once before and swore I’d never get tattooed again without it. But this time nada! You Must Apply this right to really work. I found you need to apply up to an hour before work. When Applied right I had this last for 5 or 6 hours or until I could wash it off. But it does work very well.
I cake it on trying to get it even all over the spot being worked on. The I wrap is plastic then head to the shop. The artist will wipe down then work on it.

It did work around the knee but felt it when on the bone which to be fair is normal. As soon as the needle is hitting the bone, the feeling can’t be avoided. When the numbing cream started to wear off the pain was uncomfortable but bearable. It disappeared once the cream was applied again 🙂
The only downside is when the cream wore off entirely, my arm felt like it was on fire and was very sensitive to touch for a few hours. I assume it’s because all the blood came rushing back into my arm and the nerves had woken up again.
Despite this, I’ll be using this cream every time I get a tattoo because it’s the only things that made the tattoo painless and somewhat relaxing 🙂 Would definitely recommend!

I just had my knee tattooed. I applied the numbing cream about an hour and a half to 2 hours prior to the start of the tattoo and the tattoo lasted about 3-4 hours as my artist touched up other areas on my leg. When I tell you I did not feel a thing, I did not feel a thing. I was worried as I talked to many people who had knee tattoos and told me I wouldn’t be able to walk for a day and it was going to hurt bad and these were people who had plenty of ink done. Session one of large coverup – sat 5 hours 3 of which were entirely pain free. Like – dead numb. I slathered it on and wrapped it with cling wrap about an hour before sitting in the chair. The sensation started coming back when he started shading over broken skin. He reapplied during the session which was helpful, but at that point, the paper towel rubbing raw skin for 5 hours got me. I will not ever go again without this stuff! Truly AMAZING! 🤩

I was told to use this numbing cream by a family member. I have a neurological condition which makes me feel more pain than normal. I used it on Saturday for my thigh piece and i couldn’t feel a thing and that was only with half a tube applied!! I would highly recommend this to anyone and it’s going to be a staple in my tattoo appointments from now on. Even after the 6 hours of tattoo time it was still fairly numb. 5 star product
