What are the differences in tktx cream percentages?

TKTX cream is a topical anesthetic used to reduce pain associated with medical or cosmetic procedures such as tattooing, body piercing, laser hair removal, and more. There are different types of TKTX cream, each with a different combination of numbing ingredients. Differences in the percentages of these ingredients determine the effectiveness of the cream and the duration of anesthesia.

Generally, TKTX creams come in two variants with different percentages of active ingredients:

TKTX Cream 40%: this type of cream is used for less painful procedures, such as tattooing in less sensitive areas. Anesthesia can last from 2 to 3 hours.

TKTX Cream 55%:  It is used for highly painful procedures such as tattoos in the region of the ribs or laser in the intimate region. Anesthesia can last from 3 to 4 hours.

TKTX Cream 75%: Best traditional tktx cream of all. Anesthesia can last 5 to 6 hours.

However, it is important to remember that the effectiveness of TKTX cream can vary from person to person and depends on several factors, such as individual sensitivity to pain, amount of cream applied and type of procedure to be performed. It is always recommended to follow the manufacturer’s instructions and consult a healthcare professional before using any type of topical anesthetic.
